Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Deposits

Our goal is to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. We value our clients' time, and in order to serve our clients best, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

After booking your appointment, you will be requested to pay a deposit of $50. This deposit will be applied toward your cleaning services.

We kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours before your agreed appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for services. We will refund your deposit or apply it toward the rescheduled appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hour’s notice, you will be subject to a fee of $50. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy.
