Services

Green Sponge Cleaning Co. offers residential, commercial, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services using eco-friendly, non-toxic products. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel service at our discretion, especially in cases of safety concerns, extreme conditions, or property inaccessibility.

Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via email.
Cancellations: We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, timely access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to inaccessibility may also result in a fee.

Pricing & Payment

Estimates: Pricing estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Final charges may vary depending on actual scope and condition at the time of service.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [credit/debit cards, Zelle, & Venmo.
Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 24 hours may be subject to a late fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll gladly return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Liability & Damages

We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your home and belongings.

However:

Green Sponge Cleaning Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable items, or improperly installed fixtures.
Please secure or notify us about fragile items before the cleaning.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Use of Eco-Friendly Products

We prioritize the use of green, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences, please inform us before your appointment so we can accommodate your needs safely.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false inquiries, or posting harmful content. We reserve the right to block or remove users engaging in such behavior.
