Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all—it’s up to you! Many of our clients provide access via a key or smart lock. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?

We kindly request that you give us a heads-up at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to reschedule or cancel.
A security deposit of $50 is collected before service, any cancellation not within the 48hr Cancellation/Reschedule window may incur a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
